Register/Login with Mobile No

Register into mSeva by just sharing your Name, Mobile No, City and an OTP. There is no need to remember a new username and password, your phone number and an OTP is enough to log you in.

Lodge a complaint

Lodge a complaint from a predefined list which maps all the civic issues you may come across. Geotag the location, use your phone’s camera to capture the problem and your complaint will be forwarded to the concerned municipal department.

Track your complaint

Track the status of your complaint from the dynamic Complaint Summary section in the app and SMS alerts or directly get in touch with the concerned municipal officers using the Call and Chat feature.


You get to rate the quality of the resolution and your experience. Not satisfied with the quality of work done to resolve your complaint? mSeva allows you to re-open any complaints that are not resolved as per your satisfaction. Your feedback is important to your municipality.

You do not need any Username and Password to login. Just enter you registered mobile no and an OTP will be sent. The OTP will log you in.
Log into the mSeva app, select 'File Complaint' in the Home page, Fill the complaint submission form and select 'SUBMIT COMPLAINT'. Your complaint will be lodged. You can find this complaint in your Home page and 'My Complaints' section.
You can select the ‘Other’ category from the complaint type list and explain your complaint adequately in complaint details.
Yes, you can lodge a complaint for anywhere within Punjab.
You don’t have to re-install the mSeva app if you relocate to a new city within Punjab. Just change the city in your profile.
Log into the mSeva app, in the Home page select 'My Complaints', in the My Complaints page you will find your complaint, select the complaint and you will see the detials of the complaint along with the latest status. You can also call the Customer Service Desk at 1800 1800 0172 and ask for the status of your complaint.
If your complaint gets rejected, the reason for rejection will be mentioned. If you do not agree with the reason for rejection, you can re-open the complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the work done, you can re-open the complaint with a valid reason.
No, once a complaint has been lodged, it cannot be cancelled.
You can call the Customer Service Desk at 1800 1800 0172. Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) will lodge the complaint on your behalf. You can also call the CSR to track the status of your complaint.
