Government may relax any of the provisions of these building bye-laws for reasons to be recorded in writing
REPEAL OF EXISTING BYE-LAWS AND REHABILITATION SCHEMES BYE-LAWS
From the date of coming into force of these building bye-laws, the existing bye-laws made by municipal corporation and by Got. under schedule ‘D’of East Punjab Refugees (Rehabilitation and Building sites) Rules, 1948 Shall stand repealed.
